Setoda Shokudo Aori was founded for the love of Aori squid by the owner-chef and their desire to share the same well selected squid with others. In here Aori, each squid is treated with love and respect as much for the squid as for the bountiful ocean from which they come from. They are waiting for you in Shiomachi shopping street, to make you enjoy their rich and unique sweet “umami” flavour which is only available ion Aori.
